Online Personal Training

Drew Dinwiddie Personal Training Online

I appreciate the opportunity to work with you virtually during these unprecedented times of Covid-19 and quarantine. Below you’ll find information for DDPT Online outlining my best plans for moving forward with your fitness goals while relegated to working online only. It’s important that we all remain flexible and open to continued change as we move forward through the implemented restrictions in place, and, eventually back to our lives as we knew them pre-covid.

I will be offering many classes each week (minimum of 6 classes each week) and I’m opened to suggestions on best times and days. Most will be HIIT classes with the addition of weight/resistance classes. The class sizes will remain small resulting in individual, personal guidance. You’ll be provided alternate movements if you have pre-existing conditions or injuries. Our classes will not have 30 nameless participants - In this online community we will keep the social and personal element alive while we are living and exercising in quarantine.

DDPT ONLINE Class Offerings

Weekday Wake Up/Mid-Day Motion

Offered M/W/F 8am and T/Th at 12 - Join me for a High Intensity Bodyweight only class, no gym equipment needed! I lean on my background in strength coaching and weight lifting to push you through a sweaty, safe and effective workout that is scalable for all levels. If you have fitness equipment at home, just let me know and we’ll adapt on the fly. This class is a good sweat a great way to start your day.

Body Pump

M/W/F 5:30pm - Join me for a Full Body Pump. We’ll be using the weights we have at our home gyms or workout areas. We don't need much but consider resistance bands, dumbbells, barbell, or even just a door frame and some floor space. In these times of limited fitness resources I’ll be keeping it creative in order for us to get sore and achieve that pump we miss from the gym.
