Active in nutrition as well as strength and endurance training for more than 10 years, Drew Dinwiddie has received local and national media attention for his ability to create effective and unique fitness and nutrition programs based on the needs of any individual. Working with a diverse range of clients – from athletes working to build muscle mass and endurance, to busy professionals seeking a healthier lifestyle and a leaner look – he is known for his professionalism, ability to motivate and his genuine passion for helping clients reach their fitness goals.
Dinwiddie earned a bachelor of arts degree in communications from the College of Charleston and is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA-CPT) , the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and the National Council on Certified Personal Training (NCCPT) and by the American Red Cross in CPR. He participates in continuing education courses year-round.
In 2006 he won the Light-Heavyweight title at the NPC Atlantic Bodybuilding Competition, and in 2005 he won the Novice Overall and Novice Heavyweight titles at the NPC Georgia Bodybuilding Competition. Recently his reputation as a fitness expert and motivator led to speaking engagements at Emory Healthcare.
